FREE  Shipping on orders $100+

Due to increased order volumes we are experiencing delays in dispatching orders. Please allow for extended shipping times.

All shipping costs are in AUD. We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $100 we offer Standard  shipping for a flat fee of $12.50 for domestic orders. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders see our rates listed below.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order [5-7 days for bespoke suit orders]. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am AWST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am AWST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.


EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm AWST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL or FedEx Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $40 for New Zealand and $70 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

30 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To start a return click here and fill out your order information in our self-service return portal. From here you can print a pre-paid shipping label and returns form. Please note that our return system is automated and will not allow you to return an item once the 30 day period has passed.

*Note - we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

To return an item click here and fill out your information in our self-service return portal. The system will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and return information form. Please make sure your item is within our 30 Day Return Policy period (our return system is automated and it will not allow a return after this time).

To return or exchange an item please visit our self service Returns Portal and fill
 out your order information. Print a pre-paid shipping label and send back your items. Returns must within our 30-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.


HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Returns Portal. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at the respective postal service use [FedEx, Dhl or Post office location].

  

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the us may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

 

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?

If an item changes price within 14 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you, as long as the purchased size/color are still in stock at the time of the sale price.
